ABOUT Nicola Brown Therapies

How It Started

I'm Nicola (Nicky) a holistic therapist passionate about supporting women's well-being at every stage of life. My journey began in 2019 after having twins, my family of four changed to a six. Like many women I was juggling life and during this chaos I had a light bulb moment - I wanted to create a space where women could slow down, and focus on themselves. The stars aligned and I enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 course and retrained in Complementary Therapy. The course lasted a year and after assignments, exams, case studies I became qualified and Nicola Brown Therapies was created in 2023.

Where I Am Now

Today Nicola Brown Therapies is a calm home-based welcoming space where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and focus entirely on themselves. I have created a treatment menu that blends relaxation with real therapeutic benefits, using products and techniques I trust, so you leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like yourself.

I am constantly learning, exploring new techniques and deepening my skills, knowing that the more I learn, the more I can offer you. For me its about so much more than treatments - its about creating a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, listened too and cared for. As my journey continues, I hope to expand the ways I can support you, always with the same heart and intention that started it all.
